Nora Lydia Murray arrived Thursday, July 5 at 7:23 pm

She weighed 6 lbs 4 oz and was 18.5 inches long.

We are in love.

better late than never

I'm sure whoever reads this already knows this news but

for the sake of having an accurate depiction of life...
WE ARE HAVING A GIRL!!We were really only able to surprise our Bible study group
with a fun reveal since we told our families by phone or Skype.
This is the cake we made. Yes, it looks like she made it :)
Pink cake! Surprise!Because she was so wiggly at our 20 week ultrasound,
I got to see her again at 23 weeks when they checked again
for her "stomach bubble" - meaning fluid in her tummy
to make sure she's swallowing like she should be. She is.
Because I have a low-lying placenta (sorry if that's too
much information), I'll get to see her again at 28 weeks
when they check to see if the placenta has moved north :)

We have named her but we aren't sharing.
At least we've decided on a first name.
We've not come to a consensus on a middle one.
Aaron really wants a Biblical name, which is restricting to me.
Hopefully we've decided by the time she is done baking.
We're of course praying she bakes for another 16-17 weeks.
